WHAT WE DO

The OH Line Academy is a complete training program for high school and middle school offensive and defensive linemen.

We provide services for every aspect of the game. Learn to dominate the line of scrimmage with our O-Line and D-Line Skills programs. Improve your strength, athleticism, speed, and agility with our strength and conditioning programs. Additionally, we offer in-season film study, sports rehab and injury prevention, and nutrition consultations.

Our programs help turn young men into mature, confident, well-rounded players who can excel both on the field and off.

SKILL TRAINING

The offensive and defensive line are the most important positions on a football team. Quarterbacks, linebackers, receivers, and running backs may get all the glory, but a strong line is where the success of any football team begins.

The OH Line Academy exists because we saw there were no real lineman development programs in Ohio. Every other football position has access to skill specific training, except linemen.

We understand the line of scrimmage is where the most difficult positions in football reside. As such, offensive and defensive linemen need consistent and specific skill training to flourish in the off-season.

HOW WE TRAIN

The days of the slow, overweight, unathletic linemen are gone - today's linemen are explosive, powerful, and agile and incorporates a wide skillset of technique, footwork, aggression, and athleticism to compete on the line of scrimmage.

Great linemen must be developed with time and repetition. Unlike other positions on the field that can get away with raw talent, the skills needed on the line of scrimmage must be trained consistently to produce growth.

This why our training programs meet multiple times per week, up to 5 hours per week. By participating in even just one of our programs, our linemen get two to three times the training as other linemen in the off-season.

"If you want to be a champion, get it in your mind right now that you're going to train and play as hard as you can, and ain't nothing or nobody thats going to stop you, and may God help whoever gets in your way."
